Information we use
Google sign-in provides an account identifier, email, display name, verification status and, where provided, profile image. We use account information to authenticate you, keep generation history private and provide support. We also process selected model, outfit, pose and angle identifiers, generation jobs and results, usage counters, request timestamps and limited security or diagnostic records. Requests may include IP address and browser information for service delivery and abuse prevention.
This product does not accept uploaded personal images or provide a real-person face library. Its preset models are fictional adults. Do not send sensitive identity, financial or health documents to this product.
Service providers and international processing
Google Firebase Authentication handles sign-in. Google Cloud hosts application, database and media services. Neptune processes the image references and generation instructions necessary to produce your requested image. Google Cloud Vision evaluates generated images for explicit or violent content before delivery on the curated product. These providers may process information in countries other than yours. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
When payments become available, the selected payment provider (Paddle) will process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. We retain order identifiers, amount, currency, payment status and credit accounting records; we do not receive full card details. Payments are currently unavailable on the curated preview.
Storage and retention
Generated media and job records are scheduled to expire after 30 days. Expired items stop being available through the application; infrastructure deletion may occur later as scheduled cleanup runs. Account information is kept while needed to operate your account. Security, payment and accounting records may be kept longer where needed for fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. Provider-side retention is governed by the respective provider; application expiry does not imply immediate deletion from all providers.
Browser storage
The application uses browser storage for login, preferences and recent job state. Private result links expire and should not be shared. You can clear local browser storage, but that alone does not delete server records. The curated preview does not run the PoseWeave site's analytics integration.
Your choices
Contact finance@pixel-rhythm.com to request access, correction or deletion of your account information, or ask a privacy question. We may need to verify account ownership and retain records required for legal or security reasons. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights and the right to complain to your local privacy regulator. The service is intended for adults, not children.
