One-time digital purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Leaving the service does not trigger a new charge. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash except as part of an eligible refund.
Requesting a refund
Contact finance@pixel-rhythm.com within 14 days of purchase with your account email, order identifier and the reason for your request. We offer a refund for a wholly unused credit pack requested within that period. For a partially used pack, duplicate payment, unauthorized purchase or material service failure, contact us for review. This policy does not limit statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights.
When a payment provider acts as merchant of record, its buyer terms and any mandatory refund rights also apply. You may use the support link in your receipt. Approved monetary refunds return through the original payment method; processing time depends on the provider and bank. Refunded or reversed credits are removed from the balance.
Failed or unsafe generation
A failed or blocked job must not consume the 30-credit completed-image charge. If you see an incorrect debit, send us the job identifier so we can investigate and restore affected credits. An imperfect AI result is not automatically a technical failure; review the documented limitations before purchasing, and contact us if the result materially fails to deliver the advertised service.
